General rules & Terms of Use
These general rules and terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the mutual relationships between Adorio IT d.o.o. as the service provider and all related subdomains and websites and applications on one hand (hereinafter referred to as "Adorio") and the service user (hereinafter referred to as "User") on the other hand.
1. Basic provisions
1.1. These general rules and terms of use (hereinafter: Terms) govern the relationships between Adorio IT d.o.o. (hereinafter: Adorio) and all associated subdomains, websites, and applications on the one hand, and the service user (hereinafter: User) on the other hand.
1.1.1. By accessing and using the services of Adorio, you accept the provisions of these Terms and enter into a contractual relationship between you and the company Adorio IT d.o.o.
1.1.2. A user who does not agree with the Terms may not access or use the services.
1.1.3. These Terms replace all previous contracts or agreements between Adorio and the user.
1.1.4. Adorio may at any time discontinue these Terms or the provision of services in relation to you or in general, or interrupt or prohibit access to all associated subdomains, websites, and applications in any of their parts at any time and for any reason.
1.1.5. Adorio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and will not be responsible for any consequences arising from such changes. The mentioned changes take effect upon their publication on these websites.
1.2. The rules and conditions of use apply to the internet portal adorio.net with all subdomains, websites, and applications (hereinafter: Web Service).
1.3. Adorio offers free access to job postings, publication of resumes, search for employers, salaries, and career advice.
1.3.1. The user is any natural person who accesses and/or uses the Web Service, which includes non-registered users and registered users, as well as legal entities that use the Web Service based on a contractual relationship.
1.4. The content of the web service consists of own content, content from partners and advertisers, free content, content created by users and visitors, as well as links to external pages. According to these terms, the content refers to comments, reviews, forum posts, critiques, reviewing texts, ratings, texts, documents, photos, videos, audio, music works, computer code, software, applications, databases, and other common audiovisual content.
1.5. Users are obliged to regularly read the terms, and it is assumed that users are familiar with the current terms at all times through the continuous use of the web service, and that they have fully understood and accepted them.
1.6. Adorio may change the appearance and content of the web service as well as the terms for certain reasons, about which the user will be informed on the homepage of the web service.
1.6.1. It is considered consent of the user to the changed terms if they explicitly accept them or continue to use the services of the web service.
1.6.2. It is assumed that the user agrees to the changed terms if they do not inform Adorio within 8 (eight) days after their entry into force that they do not accept the terms.
1.7. The web service publishes content in good faith. By using the content of the web service, the user accepts all risks arising from this use, and agrees to use the content exclusively for personal use and at their own risk. Adorio cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise from its use. All visitors have the right to use the content of the web service, provided they do not violate these terms.
1.8. No part of the web service may be used for illegal purposes or to promote the same.
1.9. Adorio reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue the service of the web service at any time, including access to the web service. Adorio reserves the right to restrict the provision of certain web services partially or completely if the provisions of the terms are violated.
1.10. Access to the web service and all its content is exclusively allowed for adults. The use of the web service by children is only permitted under the supervision of parents and/or legal guardians, who are obliged to pay attention. Otherwise, they assume all rights and obligations arising from such use, and Adorio is not liable for possible consequences of such use.

Content Adorio
2.1. The holder of all rights of use and other rights to the content of the web service is Adorio. Certain content can be downloaded or created by users, in which case Adorio is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or possible damage resulting from such content. Adorio is not liable for any type of damage caused by unauthorized and/or improper use and/or misuse of the web service by users.
2.2. The contents published on the web service may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any way that contradicts these terms without prior written permission from Adorio.
2.3. The contents and the audiovisual identity are protected according to the positive laws and subordinate legal acts of the Republic of Croatia, in particular the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the Trademark Act, and the Criminal Code. It is specifically strictly prohibited to alter, publish, transmit, sell, display, edit, copy, or use the content and visual identity in any other way, except in exceptional cases where such a possibility is provided for in these terms or is the result of prior written permission from Adorio.
2.4. The use of the web services for commercial purposes is prohibited without written permission from Adorio. Storing or copying content for any purpose other than personal use is expressly prohibited. In particular, it is prohibited to use the web service in such a way that access to it can be made via another site or portal through a link or in a similar manner that allows the web services to be opened within a foreign domain, portal, or site, except in exceptional cases where such a possibility is provided for in these terms or is the result of prior permission from Adorio.
2.5. In the event of unauthorized, unapproved, and/or illegal use of any content of the web service, Adorio reserves the right to demand compensation for material and/or non-material damage and to protect its rights and legal interests before the competent court and/or public law body as well as other bodies in accordance with the positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
2.6. Adorio is not liable for any damages caused by the interruption of availability, non-publication, or deletion of content or misuse of publicly published data on the web service.
2.7. The web service contains links to websites of other providers. Adorio is not responsible for the content of third-party websites, does not guarantee, and does not assume liability for harmful, illegal content or other legal violations on third-party websites. Adorio will remove any link or content as quickly as possible after becoming fully convinced that it violates positive legal provisions or is in any way harmful or undesirable.
2.8. The content is available only through the search of the individual user and only for the amount of data that can be made accessible through the individual search. Any other type of search and data acquisition that bypasses the regular procedure of access to the protected database of the web service (using programs for the rapid extraction of large volumes of data in short time intervals, etc.) constitutes a violation of the protected right

Content created by users
3.1. By using the web service, the user acknowledges and agrees that any content made available by him on the web service is subject to the use and free utilization by Adorio, so that it can be edited, transformed, partially or completely removed, modified, published, and/or transmitted in any way and in any format, all in accordance with these terms.
3.2. It is assumed that any transmission of content created by the user of the web service, as well as any publication or other provision of content to the public via the web service or through the transmission of certain content to Adorio, represents the acceptance of Adorio's offer by the user to conclude a legal transaction in accordance with the conditions contained in these terms, the subject of which is the provision of these user contents and the transfer of rights therein in favor of Adorio, without payment of any special compensation, except in cases where such possibility is provided by a prior written approval from Adorio.
3.3. The user guarantees that he owns all rights to the content he provides to Adorio and that there are no third-party rights on these contents that could diminish or lessen the rights acquired by Adorio to this content. In the case of third-party claims against Adorio based on compensation claims connected in any way with the provided content, the user commits to take all measures to prevent or eliminate damages (non-pecuniary or pecuniary) and agrees to provide third parties with all necessary written statements confirming that Adorio acted in good faith with the relevant content and had no reason to believe that the user did not have rights to the content.
4. Registration
4.1. Registration is only possible if you accept these conditions beforehand and allow us to collect, process, and use your personal data provided during registration according to our terms. Upon successful registration, you will receive your own user account.
4.2. In the registration process or when creating a user account, the user is obligated to choose a secure password and provide a valid email address. All data required for registration or creation of a user account must be truthful, with the express prohibition of using or employing other individuals' data. In creating a user account, the use of inappropriate usernames is not permitted. Each user has the right to open a user account unless Adorio prohibits the opening of a new account. The web service may also collect other data during use (IP address, device type, access time, transactions, geolocation, etc.), which are used to enhance user experience, prevent fraud, and for statistical analysis. We emphasize that under no circumstances is identification of individuals behind this data or collection of personal data taking place.
4.3. Registration or the user account are created for only one person, and it is not permitted to disclose data about registration or the user account to third parties. The user is obligated to safeguard their data regarding their security password and user account, changing it regularly. The user is fully responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of access rights as well as all content published under their user account. Adorio is not liable for cases of password misuse. If you detect unauthorized use of your user account or its misuse, please inform our editorial team immediately via our main email address.
4.4. The use of another person's registration or user account is not permitted.
4.5. In case of violation of the provisions of these conditions, Adorio reserves the right, at its discretion, to deactivate the registration or user account of the user without prior notice and without obligation to compensate any costs or damages for the user.
4.6. Adorio is entitled to remove users from the user list at any time who violate these conditions or otherwise delay or disrupt the operation of the web service.
4.7. The user has the option to register and log in to the web service via access data from social networks available at the time of use on the web service, and expressly consents to the use and storage of the necessary data via the interface of the social network.
5. Personal Data and Data Protection
5.1. Adorio commits to respecting the anonymity and privacy of users of the web service and will use and process data solely for the purpose and purposes defined in these conditions.
5.2. Adorio safeguards the privacy of its users and all their data, using it only until the end of business necessity and in accordance with legal obligations, and it may be disclosed solely to the competent state authority for the exercise of the legal powers of the state authorities.
5.3. Adorio reserves the right to collect, process, and publish data relating to users' usage of the web service and statistical indicators, but solely without disclosing the identity of users and/or personal data enabling the disclosure of users' identity.
5.4. The web service collects and records data on the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address for purposes of system administration and improving the technical aspects of the web service.
5.5. Adorio will automatically record data on the user's usage habits of the web service, including a log file of visits to specific pages and/or content. Such data will be used by Adorio solely for the purpose of improving its web service offering as well as adapting and personalizing advertising activities to the individual user's needs.
5.6. Adorio may collect personal data from users, such as name, address, telephone number, or email address, resume, salary, only if the user voluntarily provides this information to the web service. Adorio will use this data solely for the purpose of gaining a better insight and understanding of the individual needs, habits, and requirements of users, searching for job advertisements for the user, and further developing a higher-quality offering of all the web service's services.
5.7. In the exercise of our activities, we collect and process personal data in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
5.8. We collect and process your personal data based on your explicit consent to inform you about information on job advertisements, employers, salaries, tips, etc.
5.9. You have the right to information about the processing of your personal data; to revoke your consent at any time if we process your personal data with your consent (it is possible that we may need to retain some data due to legal requirements); to modify, correct, or supplement your personal data to ensure they are always correct; to delete your personal data if they are no longer necessary for the stated purposes; to request the transfer of your personal data; to submit complaints via the form on the adorio.net page.
5.10. We will retain your data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which we process it. We consider our purpose of informing you about jobs, employers, and salaries you are interested in as effectively implemented during the 5 years since your last activity on our sites or contact via email. After that, the data will be permanently and completely deleted. For processing for statistical purposes, for which you have given us your express consent, we consider this to be the period of 10 years since your last activity on the adorio.net pages. After that, the data will be permanently and completely deleted.

6. Cookies
6.1. In order for web services to have all functionalities, a small amount of data, called "cookies," is stored on the user's computer. A cookie is information that is stored by the visited website on the user's computer.

7. Receiving notifications
7.1. By registering or creating a user account, the user gives his consent and agreement to be contacted via electronic communication means and to receive materials and information about advertising activities.
7.2. Users who are members of the online community on the web service will receive notifications and messages through their user interface.
7.3. Members of the online community can send each other private messages. Administrators do not read or sanction such messages, and Adorio is in no way responsible for them. If a user no longer wishes to receive private messages from another user, they can block them.
8. General
8.1. Adorio and the user agree to resolve peacefully all disputes arising from the use of the web service. In case of failure: - if according to the positive laws of the Republic of Croatia the Commercial Court is competent - the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Pazin is agreed, - if according to the positive laws of the Republic of Croatia the Municipal Court is competent - the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Pula - Pola is agreed.
8.2. All mutual relations between Adorio and the user not regulated by these terms will be governed by the relevant provisions of the Republic of Croatia.
